• Promotional Offers (e.g., discounts on tree removal, seasonal deals).  
• Service Reminders (e.g., follow-ups after estimates or completed jobs).  
• Urgent Alerts (e.g., storm-related service availability).  
• Appointment Confirmations (e.g., scheduling/rescheduling).  
• Frequency: Up to 1 messages/day.

By opting in, you consent to receive automated SMS messages from Ramos Tree Lawn & Tree Service at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies.

• Carrier charges may apply for messages sent and received. Ramos Tree Lawn & Tree Service is not responsible for any messaging or data fees charged by your mobile carrier.  
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time (you will receive 1 confirmation message). For help, reply 
• Rejoin: To resubscribe after opting out, opt in again via our Facebook ads.

• Content Restrictions: We prohibit SHAFT content (Sex, Hate, Alcohol, Firearms, Tobacco) and deceptive practices.

• Unsubscribe Enforcement: Opt-out requests are processed within 24 hours (carrier requirement).  

          5. Accountability

• Recordkeeping: Opt-in/opt-out logs are retained for 4+ years (TCPA).
